Our family was saved in 2022 because of the illness of my beloved husband. Allow me to go back to the time before we were saved.
In November 2021, my beloved husband suddenly suffered from extremely high blood pressure. My beloved brethren, his blood pressure reached 236. It was truly alarming. Among his family members, he was the only one who had not yet been saved. His beloved brother and his beloved parents had already been saved.
When he experienced that attack, he remembered the teachings of our Beloved Honorable Pastor Evangelist Wilde Estrada Almeda. He remembered that during times of great distress, we should kneel before our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST, repent, and ask for His forgiveness.
Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
When he did exactly that, his blood pressure gradually began to go down.
The following day, I flew to Manila so we could have him examined by a doctor. When all of his laboratory examinations were completed, every result came back normal. However, despite all of his laboratory results being normal, his doctor doubled the dosage of his prescribed medication. Even so, we continued to wonder what was happening because every morning at exactly 2:00 a.m., he would experience another attack of high blood pressure. Every time he was attacked by high blood pressure, I would always tell him, “Let us receive water baptism. Because we were the only ones in the family who had not yet been saved.
The Call to Receive Water Baptism
The following month came, yet my beloved husband still had not decided to receive water baptism.
Then, in February 2022, we returned to Cagayan de Oro. As our airplane was approaching Laguindingan Airport, I looked down from the window.
At that very moment, it was as if someone whispered to me, “If this airplane crashes, you will not be saved. “When I heard those words, I cried so hard. My beloved husband asked me why I was crying.
I answered him, “Let us receive water baptism.”
Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
When I said those words, he hesitated. Because of the nature of our business, we were government contractors. He told me that perhaps if we received water baptism while there were still things in our lives that needed to be corrected before our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST, we might be disciplined by Him. Because of his hesitation, I sought help from our beloved ordained preacher in Cagayan de Oro. I asked him to counsel my beloved husband.
By the grace of our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST, after my husband received counseling and water baptism, everything changed. From that day onward, he was never attacked by high blood pressure again.
No longer did we have to wake up in the middle of the night because his blood pressure had suddenly risen. Since that day, those attacks have not returned.
At first, as an ordinary person, he continued taking his maintenance medicine. But after several months had passed, he felt in his heart that our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST was telling him that he no longer needed to continue taking his medication.
He earnestly prayed about it and sought the guidance of our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST. Truly, by the grace of GOD, up to this very day, he no longer takes any maintenance medicine.
Hallelujah! Hallelujah!
Since then, our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST has always been the One upon whom we completely depend.
The Healing of My Beloved Father
The miracles of our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST did not end there. After our family was saved, many of our relatives’ illnesses were healed. One of the greatest miracles happened to my beloved father. He was diagnosed with cirrhosis. The doctors told us that he needed immediate surgery because his abdomen had already become very swollen. We sought a second opinion from another doctor. However, the second doctor gave us the same recommendation. He also advised that my beloved father undergo surgery as soon as possible because his abdomen continued to enlarge, and he was already having difficulty breathing. Despite those medical recommendations, we decided not to have my beloved father operated on. Instead, we entrusted everything to our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST. We sought prayers through the Pastoral Office, and my beloved father entered into a period of fasting. After only three days of fasting, by the power of our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST, my beloved father was completely healed.

The LORD Performed a Miracle During the Birth of My Child
Our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST has truly performed countless miracles in our family. Even though we are not worthy, our family has been reached by the prayers of our Beloved Honorable Pastor Evangelist Wilde Estrada Almeda.
We have many shortcomings before our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST, yet He has never failed us. He has never abandoned us.
Another miracle happened when I gave birth to my baby two years ago.
At that time, the doctors had already decided that I needed to undergo a cesarean section because the heartbeat of my beloved baby had begun to drop.
My obstetrician told me that I needed to be operated on within thirty minutes.
The anesthesiologist had already arrived and was preparing for the operation. As soon as I was in the labor room, I sent a message to my beloved husband. I told him, “Please come here to the labor room. Lay your hands on me, and let us ask for a backup prayer.”
Truly, through the prayers of our Beloved Honorable Pastor Evangelist Wilde Estrada Almeda, after my husband laid his hands on me and after we received the backup prayer, our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST performed another miracle.
Instead of undergoing the cesarean section that had already been scheduled, I gave birth to my baby through a normal delivery.
The LORD Healed Me Without a Blood Transfusion
More recently, last December, I experienced another great trial.
I was rushed to the hospital because my blood pressure suddenly dropped, and at the same time, my red blood cell count continued to fall. This happened because I had not been getting enough sleep at night.
The doctors became very alarmed by my condition. I wondered why they suddenly rushed into my hospital room. Then they told me that I needed to receive a blood transfusion immediately. I pleaded with them,”If possible, please do not give me a blood transfusion.”
However, they explained that my condition was already so serious that I needed eight bags of blood. When I heard that, I immediately prayed to our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST. I repented before Him and asked for His forgiveness. By the mercy of our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST, I did not receive a blood transfusion. Instead, He Himself healed me.
When my doctor later visited me in my hospital room, he told me, “You are so blessed.”
He explained that many of their patients whose blood count had fallen to the same level had already gone into cardiac arrest. But our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST did not allow that to happen to me.
If we had not belonged to our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST, perhaps I would no longer be here today.
All praise belongs to Him alone.
The LORD Continues to Protect Our Family
I also thank our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST for continually protecting us whenever we travel, whether inside or outside our country. My beloved husband travels to Manila almost every week because our business operations are based here. Week after week, our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST faithfully protects him during every trip. I also have a beloved son who is studying to become a pilot. I always remind him, “Before you fly an airplane, raise your hands first and ask our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST for His protection.”
Truly, our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST has never abandoned our family. He has continually protected us wherever we go.
The LORD Blessed Our Business
There is one more testimony for which I am deeply thankful to our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST. Since our family was saved, we have personally experienced the truth about giving beyond what is expected.
When we were starting our business, we did not own an office. We only rented office space. We even rented vehicles to show our clients we were capable of completing the projects entrusted to us. Whether the blessings our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST gave us were small or great, we always made sure to put Him first.
Because we always placed our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST first, He never disappointed us. Instead, He blessed us with our own piece of land. On that property, we built our own office.
Even now, despite the many problems our country is facing, some of our business partners tell us, “Perhaps you are simply lucky.” Others say that perhaps we have good fortune because our company continues to receive projects. But we always give the same answer. “It is the grace of the LORD.” It is never because of our own ability.
All honor, glory, thanksgiving, praise, and worship belong solely to our Dearest LORD JESUS CHRIST.
