This Ministry includes the Divine Blessing Foundation Inc (DBFI), the humanitarian arm of the JMCIM Church, and the Social Service Office (SSO).
Divine Blessing Foundation
Divine Blessing Foundation Inc., a non-government organization established and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) in September 2001 in Quezon City, Philippines.
Divine Blessing Foundation Inc., (DBFI) is a non- stock and non- profit foundation. It is a non-residential facility and a community-based program which provides services in response to the needs of older persons (OP), Persons with Disability (PWD) who are jobless and have no family support; and victims of man-made and natural calamities. To name a few of the foundation’s purpose is to care for the less fortunate members of the society; support its own projects in the pursuit of service and charity; and providing livelihood opportunities and assistance to the aged and disabled.
The foundation has a vision to become a well – organized foundation led by God-fearing Christians that will respond to the needs of the poor individuals, families and groups in order to empower them and become self-propelling, self-reliant and productive citizens.
DBFI has a goal to generate funds for the various spiritual projects and activities of the foundation derived from lawful means, which may include grants from the government and non-government entities and/or organization acquired by deed, grant, device, bequest, gift or other property or money derived from fund raising projects.
One of the main projects of the Foundation is the Divine Help Project. This focuses on providing relief goods and financial assistance to victims of calamities (either natural or man-made), less fortunate members of the community (indigents) aside from other services (spiritual counselling and assistance) that will be provided by the foundation. The Foundation is closely working with the Jesus Miracle Crusade International Ministry church and other branches of the government in terms of providing assistance to identified community members depending on their needs. Identification of beneficiaries are carefully done with the assistance of the church, and also with the assistance of Department of Social Work and Development (DSWD). Proper interview, field visits and information validation are regularly conducted by volunteers and staff of the Foundation.

(A Fundraising Campaign of the Divine Blessing Foundation Inc.)
This on-going fundraising campaign aims at extending assistance to brethren and other indigent families in the poor communities of the region. Relief goods and other financial assistance are being distributed and given based on certain assessment procedures of the Foundation.
More than 3000 packs are already distributed to selected families derived from the previous and on-going DBFI donation campaign.
The coronavirus lockdown has brought both positive and negative impact to each one’s life directly or indirectly. While some are comfortably enjoying the blessing of staying at home with their families, there are also families who are still struggling to make ends meet due to the economic and social repercussions of the coronavirus specially to the poor and the elderly. May we continue to share our resources with our less fortunate brethren. Let us continue to be the hand of God to those who are in need.

Social Service Office
The Social Service office has its mission to GO and PREACH the gospel to all nations by honoring the IMPORTANCE of the state, church, family and marriage as foundations of the community and in accordance to JMCIM doctrine. It is focused on providing marriage assistance to the brethren and strengthening the Values Formation and Spiritual Transformation Program of the church in partnership with the government.
- Win and save lost souls through social services
- Incorporate knowledge on marriage and other legal matters among preachers, prayer warriors and church volunteers
- Increase trainers knowledge (existing trainers) based on legal and spiritual aspects
- Uphold the practice of good marriage according to law and biblical standards
- Penetrate national government agencies and share the gospel down to the barangay levels
- To share the gospel nationwide and in other countries if given the opportunity utilizing the authority given by Chaplaincy and Values Formation
- To conduct a training program focusing on Values Formation and spiritual transformation, marriage arrangement and other legal matters.
